Senior Learning Lead - Global ERP Transformation

emagine Polska is partnering with a globally recognized leader in the FMCG and beverage industry to support a large-scale Finance transformation. We are seeking a Senior Learning Lead to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for the rollout of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Source-to-Pay processes across international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end learning strategy for S2P and wider ERP deployments.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and design engaging learning journeys and curricula.
• Create and oversee high-quality training materials while ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer and End-User Training activities across multiple regions.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and continuously improve training outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning, Change Management, or Organizational Development within complex transformation programs.
• Strong experience conducting learning needs analyses and developing comprehensive curricula.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to partner with business leaders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
