Senior Lead, TA & PX Systems Administration (R6368)

Shield AI is a venture-backed defense-tech company dedicated to protecting service members and civilians through intelligent systems. We are seeking a Senior Lead, TA & PX Systems Administration to manage and optimize our talent acquisition and people experience technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Ashby as our primary ATS and CRM platform.
• Support the broader TA technology stack, including sourcing tools, interview intelligence, and assessment platforms.
• Manage third-party HR technology such as Lattice, Pave, Compa, and Carta, ensuring seamless integrations and configuration.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Establish data governance, release management, and UAT processes to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Translate complex business requirements into durable system designs and workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in administering and optimizing recruiting and HR technology.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Ashby configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and the supporting technology landscape.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contract renewals, and license administration.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to manage data models, permissions, and downstream reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present roadmaps and business cases to senior stakeholders.
