Senior Lead Developer – .NET / Microservices

act digital is looking for a Senior Lead Developer to join our team and contribute to the modernization of complex .NET solutions. You will play a key role in transitioning monolithic architectures into scalable microservices, ensuring high performance and reliability for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust microservices solutions while decomposing existing monolithic applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using C#/.NET and REST APIs, collaborating closely with frontend teams.
• Work with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and integration patterns to optimize system performance.
• Conduct code reviews, prepare technical documentation, and support business requirements analysis.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer in C# and .NET environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of microservices patterns, DDD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and distributed data management.
• Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools, along with fluent English skills.
