Senior / Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior or Lead AI Engineer to join our team and enhance the data and analytics foundations that drive our customer insights and GenAI-driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain datasets, metrics, and analytical views to support dashboards, KPIs, and trend analyses.
• Design and implement automated data ingestion and transformation pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate analytics pipelines with GenAI and Agentic AI components to improve insight generation and automate workflows.
• Ensure data quality through validation logic, monitoring, and performance optimization of pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or backend engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality practices, and metadata management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in an international environment.
