Senior Lawyer

MGID is a global native advertising platform that empowers brands and publishers to collaborate through privacy-first targeting technology. We are currently seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our global Legal Department and support strategic transformation, governance, and operational initiatives across the MGID Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead legal workstreams within strategic optimization and transformation projects, ensuring initiatives are legally sound and effectively implemented.
• Design and improve internal legal processes, including authority frameworks, contract governance, and internal controls.
• Support corporate structure optimization, group governance, and intercompany arrangements while coordinating with external advisors.
• Act as a senior legal partner for Finance, HR, Tax, and Operations teams, providing practical advice on complex operational and governance matters.
• Prepare legal memoranda, risk assessments, and internal guidance materials to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience in an international law firm or in-house legal department.
• Proven experience in legal project management, corporate governance, and process optimization.
• Strong ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian.
• Experience with corporate structuring, intercompany arrangements, and internal approval processes.
