Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer

Spyrosoft is looking for a Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer to join our team and help design and deliver production-grade Kubernetes platforms. You will work across cloud and on-prem environments to ensure high reliability, observability, and secure container lifecycle management for our critical in-house applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy on-prem and AKS Kubernetes clusters.
• Enable seamless workload portability between Azure and on-prem environments.
• Define and implement networking, ingress, storage, and security patterns.
• Deliver complex Kubernetes workload migrations.
• Build and maintain robust container image lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate closely with Platform Engineers and Infrastructure teams to optimize performance.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional experience working with Linux and container platforms.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including both managed and on-prem solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL in cloud or containerized setups.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for distributed systems.
