Senior Klaviyo Migration & Rollout Consultant

ITDS is seeking a Senior Klaviyo Migration & Rollout Consultant to lead a strategic marketing transformation project. You will be responsible for migrating marketing operations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo, ensuring seamless transitions for international markets and business entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration process from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo.
• Transfer and optimize marketing processes, customer data structures, automations, and campaigns.
• Plan and support Klaviyo rollouts across multiple international markets and business entities.
• Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and target-group logic.
• Coordinate go-live preparation and execution while supporting data mapping and testing.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing technology or CRM.
• Proven experience delivering Klaviyo migration projects, ideally from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, automated marketing flows, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and legal right to work in the European Union.
