Senior Java Developer with German

QualityMinds is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our international team. In this role, you will design and develop high-quality backend and frontend applications while mentoring team members and driving technical innovation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend and frontend applications for international clients.
• Evaluate technical requirements and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Create technical designs in collaboration with architects and consultants.
• Ensure high-quality source code through peer reviews and the establishment of coding standards.
• Mentor and coach developers while supporting the entire software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, OOD, OOA, and cloud design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Fluent German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level) communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, as well as TDD and BDD practices.
