Senior Java Developer

iTeamly is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our team in building a cloud-native platform for global Life Sciences organizations. You will play a key role in developing backend services that assist pharmaceutical companies in analyzing potential adverse drug effects, while contributing to system design and technical ownership in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in high-level system discussions.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of distributed services.
• Write clean, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–7 years of professional experience in backend development with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proven experience working with AWS in production environments.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and relational databases.
• Ability to work independently, make informed technical decisions, and communicate effectively.
