Senior Java Developer

Introduct Group is an international technology company delivering tailored software solutions and digital products for businesses worldwide. We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a long-term project focused on the development and maintenance of critical government information systems used for tax and labor compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full development cycle of new functionality, from requirements analysis and design to programming and deployment.
• Write backend code in Java using Spring and Spring Boot, while maintaining existing system functionality.
• Design and refine PostgreSQL schemas, manage migrations with Liquibase, and optimize database performance.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and configure authentication via Keycloak.
• Design technical architecture, prepare component diagrams, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Review code, mentor team members, and collaborate with analysts and clients to refine business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial Java development experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong command of PostgreSQL, including SQL optimization and index management.
• Experience with Keycloak for authentication and integration platforms like WSO2.
• Solid containerization skills using Docker and experience with Git workflows.
• Ability to design technical architecture and produce diagrams using tools like PlantUML or DrawIO.
• Fluent English communication skills for working within a multinational team.
