Senior Java Developer

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Spring Boot microservices for the casino domain, including bonus processing, game launch, and lobby management.
• Implement promotional mechanics and integrate third-party game providers, ensuring robust wallet and transaction flows.
• Build and evolve REST APIs with a focus on security, request signing, and versioning.
• Ensure the correctness of real-money transactions through proper handling of idempotency, retries, and timeouts.
• Maintain high service reliability by utilizing Redis for caching and implementing comprehensive observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Proven experience building business-critical domain logic, such as payments, billing, or bonus systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, including consistency, caching, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SQL and at least one NoSQL store like Redis, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
