Senior Java Developer (PL)

Vistra is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our global payroll services. This fully remote role focuses on building and maintaining systems that support our operational lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery for our clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Java applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts and internal teams to identify user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct software analysis, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, efficient code.
• Manage database architecture and ensure applications remain secure and up-to-date.
• Improve operational efficiency by developing innovative web-based solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Developer with in-depth knowledge of frameworks like Spring MVC, J2EE, and JSF.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL, data modeling, and ORM.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented analysis, design, and multi-tier software strategies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
