Senior Java Developer (AI-Empowered Workflow)

Trui is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a long-term, international project for a German partner. You will work within an Agile environment that prioritizes clean, well-tested code and continuous integration, while leveraging AI-augmented development tools to enhance your engineering workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Developing scalable, highly tested applications within an Agile team.
• Engaging in thorough code reviews, technical recruitment, and project estimations.
• Mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge during internal and external events.
• Integrating agentic AI tools into daily workflows for coding and architectural validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL databases.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Solid background in JUnit and integration testing with a deep understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+) for daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
