Senior Java Developer - Remote Work Type

Directio is a global IT services company specializing in cloud-based and mobile applications, helping clients across the retail, automotive, and SaaS sectors accelerate their digital transformation. We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer to join an international team and contribute to the development of a core CPQ software product designed to automate complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core CPQ software for an international client, building scalable solutions that form part of the standard product offering.
• Implement feature requirements to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of the core software.
• Work on an innovative Java-based framework and contribute actively to its ongoing development and evolution.
• Collaborate within a diverse international team of architects and developers, maintaining close alignment with Product Management.
• Operate within an agile methodology, participating in sprints and iterative development processes.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid Java skills with proven experience in building scalable backend systems.
• Comfortable working across the stack, with knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript being a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Fluent command of the English language.
