Senior Java Backend Developer – Rest API & OpenShift

ITDS is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join a leading banking technology client. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a comprehensive REST API suite that powers omnichannel financial experiences across mobile, internet, and backoffice platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize robust REST API services to support multi-channel banking platforms.
• Implement high-quality, scalable backend solutions utilizing Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Work within an OpenShift environment to ensure efficient container orchestration and deployment.
• Contribute to architecture design and maintain high technical standards for system stability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and streamline delivery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong technical expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Proven experience working with OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles and implementation best practices.
• Communicative proficiency in English and a good command of Polish.
• Legal right to work within the European Union.
