Senior IT Security Specialist

GRUPA NEUCA is looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of information security, risk management, and compliance within our international organization. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing security operations, driving remediation efforts, and ensuring our infrastructure remains resilient against emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve information security governance, risk management, and compliance practices across the organization.
• Conduct security risk assessments, business impact analyses, and vulnerability assessments.
• Oversee security operations, cloud security practices, and incident management activities.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years in Cybersecurity or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Fluent English skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
