Senior IT Project Manager – Cloud, AI & M365

High Tech Genesis is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on cloud services, Microsoft 365, and Artificial Intelligence. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that complex technical solutions are delivered successfully while aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource strategies, and risk management frameworks for large-scale initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to security controls, governance policies, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Prepare and present detailed status reports and project milestones to senior leadership and steering committees.

Requirements

• PMP certification is mandatory for this role.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in developing schedules and managing risks.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing large-scale cloud-based projects and services.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and modern technology environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
