Senior IT Project Manager - Salesforce Transformation

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce transformation and optimization initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in simplifying Salesforce orgs, rationalizing third-party systems, and enhancing digital communication platforms to support our clients' enterprise digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification and system consolidation.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Architecture, and external vendors.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet high quality standards and align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects.
• Proven track record in delivering Salesforce CRM implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
