Senior IT Project Manager - Head of Professional Services

At cloudatus, we help customers drive technical solution design, development, and deployment throughout their cloud journey. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager – Head of Professional Services to lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure and transformation projects in an international enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of multiple IT projects and service engagements running in parallel.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery across technical workstreams such as network, data center, and infrastructure services.
• Monitor service and project quality, effectiveness, and compliance with agreed SLAs and operational standards.
• Prepare and maintain capacity plans, including resource allocation and prioritization across multiple projects.
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking for assigned projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, ideally 8–10+ years in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in managing multiple projects and service engagements simultaneously.
• Solid background in technical project management and IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, including communication with senior-level stakeholders.
• English at B2+/C1 level.
