Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Platforms & Supply Chain in Pharma

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and global rollout of enterprise cloud platforms and Supply Chain functions within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will combine strong project delivery capabilities with expertise in Computer System Validation, vendor management, and global deployment programs to drive strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Drive global rollout activities including planning, testing, validation, training, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across multiple regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries.
• Strong background in Computer System Validation and delivery of GxP-regulated systems.
• Proven experience managing vendors implementing cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading global platform deployments across multiple sites.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
