Senior IT Product Analyst (Pharma R&D / Lab Informatics)
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Product Analyst to support digital solutions in Assay Data Processing and eNotebook environments within pharmaceutical R&D.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions

• Support implementation and configuration of eNotebook and LIMS platforms

• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11

• Lead UAT, training, and product improvements

• Act as an SME bridging scientists, business, and IT teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years in laboratory informatics / clinical R&D IT

• Strong experience with LIMS and/or eNotebook systems

• Solid understanding of lab workflows, assays, and diagnostics

• Knowledge of GxP, validation, and regulatory standards

• Experience with tools like JIRA, SQL, Visio

Nice to have:

• Experience with clinical trial systems (EDC, RTSM), preclinical research, or a background in laboratory science.
