Senior IT Consultant with German

HN EXPERTS sp. z o.o. is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in IT and financial services, currently seeking a Senior IT Consultant to join our team. Key responsibilities

• Work on complex transformation projects, primarily within the financial sector.
• Translate client and product requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Prepare and lead workshops with clients and key stakeholders to align project goals.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including diagrams and models, to support project needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert support and necessary information throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in German (C1 or higher) and upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher).
• At least 3 years of proven experience in functional or business analysis and solution design.
• Deep knowledge of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, and crypto currency.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and familiarity with business analysis standards.
• Working knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and basic understanding of UML.
