Senior IT Compliance Specialist

Toyota Connected Europe Limited is seeking a Senior IT Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our IT systems and business processes align with evolving regulatory landscapes and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regulations to determine their scope, tangible requirements, and overall impact on IT systems and business operations.
• Create and maintain robust compliance frameworks, control definitions, policies, and standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive compliance and risk management processes.
• Manage cross-company IT compliance projects and monitor the regulatory landscape.
• Perform detailed risk assessments and provide expert guidance to IT and business teams.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, law, or business, with a focus on compliance or regulation.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT compliance and risk management.
• Expert knowledge of IT governance, regulations, and industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and the AI Act.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT GRC tools like AuditBoard or OneTrust.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in an international environment.
