Senior IT Business Analyst with AI - Freelance

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team on a freelance basis and contribute to innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Transform business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes and design optimized workflows using AI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with development teams and process owners to create, test, and monitor AI solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project and process documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience with LLM and agentic solutions in production environments.
• Ability to perform agentic automation feasibility assessments and design agent workflows.
• Strong skills in cost and TCO analysis, as well as agent monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent command of English and Polish.
