Senior IT Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and documenting enhancements for our core payment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document new functionalities for the payment ecosystem, focusing on file processing, clearing, and settlement workflows.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Prepare functional documentation to support developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Utilize SQL, UML, and BPMN to model processes, document system behavior, and define solution requirements.
• Perform data analysis using SQL databases and BigQuery to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst within the financial services sector.
• Strong background in the payments domain with hands-on experience in core payment system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business expectations into detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Practical knowledge of analytical deliverables including process models, state diagrams, and use case definitions.
• Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and SQL, alongside fluency in both Polish and English.
