Senior iOS Product Designer–Consumer Apps

Be in IT is a boutique recruitment firm partnering with international companies to find top-tier talent. We are currently seeking a Senior iOS Product Designer to join a dynamic startup environment and lead the design of impactful consumer-facing mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, shipped iOS applications tailored for B2C users.
• Manage the entire design lifecycle, from identifying the ideal customer profile and conducting research to prototyping and final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive strategic product decisions.
• Advocate for design choices while working alongside an experienced startup team.
• Transform user feedback and research insights into intuitive and engaging mobile experiences.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in product design with a focus on consumer products.
• Proven track record of designing and launching real iOS applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing built and shipped mobile products rather than conceptual work.
• Hands-on expertise in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment with high ambiguity.
• Excellent skills in UX, UI, interaction design, and mobile-specific product craftsmanship.
