Senior iOS Engineer

Ntiative is currently seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join a stealth AI startup focused on building a proactive smart assistant. You will play a pivotal role in developing an AI-native product designed to streamline daily workflows for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the iOS client experience, driving how AI features respond and perform for the end user.
• Design resilient mobile UX patterns specifically tailored for AI interactions, including response streaming and error handling.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency for complex, AI-heavy workflows.
• Collaborate closely with ML and backend engineering teams to define API contracts and evaluation pipelines.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Proven track record of integrating AI/LLM features, streaming APIs, and managing background tasks.
• Deep understanding of async/await, concurrency, and advanced memory management.
• Experience with CoreML, TensorFlow Lite, or on-device machine learning inference.
• Ability to design systems that handle network latency and non-deterministic AI behavior effectively.
