Senior iOS Engineer - Core Experience

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join the Compass team within the Core Experience division. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining essential platform components, including navigation, layout, and settings, while contributing to features that enhance safety and engagement for families and young listeners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to iterate and deliver high-impact product objectives.
• Develop and maintain scalable iOS features, including parental controls and family-oriented content experiences.
• Evolve core platform components that serve as the foundation for various product teams across the organization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and idiomatic Swift code while ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Drive performance improvements, testing, and tooling to enhance overall system quality.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in iOS development with a deep understanding of modern best practices.
• Proven experience with agentic-first development and tools such as Claude and Cursor.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Cocoa design patterns, and API design principles.
• Ability to build shared platform components with a focus on backward compatibility and scalability.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and continuous improvement.
