Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to join our team and lead our benefits operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be instrumental in building scalable processes and programs from the ground up, ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant as we continue to expand our international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, and vendor management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets, ensuring a strong benefits component from day one.
• Build and manage relationships with local brokers and carriers to negotiate terms and ensure optimal value.
• Track and analyze benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform strategic plan design decisions.
• Develop and manage the operating cadence for the international benefits function, including stakeholder reporting and process design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits with deep knowledge of EMEA markets.
• Proven track record in benefits procurement, renewals, and vendor management in a multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments and statutory requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in program or project management with a focus on building processes from scratch.
