We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, ideally with a strong finance background.

Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain AI-enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps) and related Microsoft technologies.

• Translate Finance business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications and implementation plans.

• Build and integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI, Dataverse and enterprise applications.

• Build analytics and reporting using Power BI, Excel, Power Query and SQL to support automation and performance tracking.

• Produce solution documentation, support UAT, governance, knowledge transfer and adoption activities.

• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and automation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in automation, analytics, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions or business process improvement.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power Apps.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or C++).

• Strong SQL skills, including writing, optimising and troubleshooting complex queries.

• Experience integrating solutions with APIs, databases, files and enterprise applications.

• Strong Power BI, Excel and Power Query skills.

• Proven business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping and documentation.

• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and deliver solutions from design through deployment and handover.

• Experience in Finance Transformation or Finance Operations (e.g. Shared Services, AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Intercompany or Master Data).
