Senior Instructional Designer (100% remote)

DevsData LLC is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join the internal learning team of a global pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming business training requests into high-quality, finished learning assets, working within a fast-paced environment that prioritizes efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop short e-learning modules, microlearning, job aids, and enablement materials.
• Take full ownership of learning requests from initial intake through to final production.
• Manage multiple small and mid-size projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Utilize and pilot AI-enabled tools to streamline content development and shorten build times.
• Ensure all deliverables meet strict brand, accessibility, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Strong command of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM.
• Hands-on expertise with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple learning assets in parallel on tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to work in a US-aligned time zone.
