Senior Information Technology Project Manager

ALTEN Polska is a world leader in engineering and IT services, currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of the AI Governance Reimagine initiative, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational standards within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the delivery of the AI Governance Reimagine initiative while ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.
• Analyzing existing AI Governance processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements or automation.
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across IT, business, risk, compliance, and security departments.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including milestones, risk management, and status reporting.
• Supporting the design and adoption of improved governance processes through effective communication and change coordination.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional experience in IT Project Management within large, complex, and international organizations.
• Proven track record in analyzing, improving, and implementing IT processes and governance frameworks.
• Strong ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and internal systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with senior-level cross-functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of project planning, dependency tracking, and delivery governance.
