Senior Implementation Consultant - Marketing & Medical Software (Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery for implementation projects acting as a project manager, functional analyst, or solution architect.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize business processes into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, PromoMats, or the Salesforce.com platform.
• Proven consulting background with the ability to drive best practices and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device sectors.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
