Senior IBOR Consultant / Stream Lead

emagine Polska is seeking a highly experienced Senior IBOR Consultant / Stream Lead to support diverse client engagements across the APAC region. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical IBOR expertise and exceptional stakeholder management skills to act as a trusted advisor for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level IBOR technical and functional expertise across multiple client engagements.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and requirement clarification sessions to ensure project success.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and solution approaches.
• Prepare accurate effort estimates, project assessments, and detailed solution scoping.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and project delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level expertise in Investment Book of Record (IBOR) systems.
• Strong preference for candidates with proven experience in SimCorp Dimension.
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing consulting environment with the ability to lead senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Strong background in investment or asset management with the availability to cover APAC business hours.
