Senior IAM Specialist

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior IAM Specialist to lead the modernization of identity and access management capabilities. This role is focused on designing and delivering robust security solutions, ensuring seamless integration across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new or enhanced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities.
• Design and implement new application connectors and enhanced workflows, including certifications and termination processes.
• Lead design thinking on workload identities integration and perform detailed analysis of integration patterns.
• Define and design an Entra-first target architecture, producing comprehensive High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to share analysis outcomes and drive strategic IAM initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Solid background in identity governance and administration principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
