Senior HR Generalist

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and HR escalations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
• Support performance review processes, ensuring they are conducted consistently and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional HR experience, with a strong focus on generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
