Key responsibilities
- Deliver precise and compliant HR operations while maintaining the highest degree of accuracy.
- Manage core HR processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and onboarding.
- Partner with managers across the business on organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Coach and advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while designing new policies for global projects.
Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record and significant HR experience within a technology business.
- Strong regional HR expertise within EMEA, including a solid understanding of local labor laws.
- Proven experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex HR projects.
- Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and a hands-on approach to daily HR routines.
- Fluent in business English with excellent communication and project management skills.
