Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

Level Access is seeking a Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the primary owner of Go-to-Market reporting requirements, KPI definitions, and analytics design. This role is essential for translating complex business questions into scalable reporting solutions, ensuring leadership has access to trusted insights to drive business performance across the entire GTM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business analytics needs into actionable requirements, including user stories, KPI definitions, and data mappings.
• Serve as the Product Owner for GTM reporting initiatives, managing backlogs and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and enforce data governance standards for GTM metrics across accounts, leads, and opportunities.
• Design and oversee scalable Power BI solutions built on curated Databricks datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy, data flows, and reporting dependencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations within a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining automated dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, DAX, Databricks, and enterprise reporting environments.
• Deep understanding of GTM operational processes, KPI design, and dimensional modeling.
• Proven ability to prioritize stakeholder requests and influence decisions through data-driven analysis.
