Senior Growth Manager (Loyalty & Subscription).

We are seeking a data-driven and visionary Senior Growth Manager to lead our Loyalty and Subscription department, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value and driving growth across our subscription models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the loyalty and subscription team, setting the strategic vision for retention and growth initiatives.
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps that integrate marketing, product, and customer experience to maximize subscription revenue.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with finance, product, and marketing teams to align stakeholders on loyalty goals.
• Leverage customer data and advanced analytics to innovate, test, and validate new features that reduce churn and boost satisfaction.
• Own key performance indicators, reporting on subscription health and implementing data-driven optimizations to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of proven expertise in product roles within e-commerce, specifically in building, optimizing, and scaling subscription programs.
• Strong background as a customer retention strategist with a track record of designing initiatives that reduce churn and increase engagement.
• Highly skilled in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex customer insights into actionable strategies and measurable results.
• Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, user segmentation, and targeted campaigns.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring talent in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
