Senior Growth Analyst - Spark

As a Senior Growth Analyst for Spark, you will own the data behind our growth strategy, proactively identifying opportunities and validating the impact of key initiatives across the entire user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to uncover actionable insights, trends, and growth opportunities across the user lifecycle.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards that provide a clear source-of-truth for growth metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Define and QA event structures for new features and campaigns, ensuring robust measurement of monetization and user behavior.
• Design, monitor, and analyze A/B experiments and feature launches to ensure statistical rigor and long-term impact.
• Develop forecasting models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue to influence product and marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics within a B2C or SaaS environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap, and marketing attribution platforms.
• Deep understanding of product analytics, including funnels, cohorts, retention, and experimentation methodologies.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to product and marketing teams, translating complex data into business strategy.
