Senior Group Reporting Accountant (m/f/d)

As a Senior Group Reporting Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, taking ownership of statutory reporting and consolidation processes while helping us scale our operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with Polish GAAP.
• Manage intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and confirmation, while supporting audit and review processes.
• Collaborate with international accounting teams and external advisors to resolve complex accounting treatment issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Group Accounting Policies to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Participate in strategic projects, including the implementation of new accounting standards and the integration of new acquisitions.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 3 years specializing in consolidation within an international group.
• Deep knowledge of Polish GAAP, supported by a relevant degree or a Polish Accountants Association certificate.
• Advanced Excel skills combined with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level) to effectively communicate with global teams and advisors.
