Senior GRC Automation Consultant (ServiceNow / Archer) - 2-Year Engagement

MENA Consultant is seeking a highly skilled Senior GRC Automation Consultant for a 2-year engagement to optimize and manage a centralized GRC request intake platform. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing governance, risk, and compliance operations by leveraging ServiceNow and Archer to drive automation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously enhance the centralized GRC request intake platform using Archer and ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, and service request routing mechanisms.
• Integrate multiple intake channels, including portals, email, and APIs, into a unified request management workflow.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities to classify, route, and automate the resolution of compliance-related requests.
• Develop dashboards and operational metrics to track request volumes, turnaround times, and service performance.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in GRC technology, workflow automation, or service request management.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring ServiceNow and/or Archer for GRC intake and ticket lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in designing automated triage, prioritization, and SLA tracking processes.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications environments, network segmentation, and technical design documentation.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
