Senior Graphic Designer

ALTEN Polska is seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will combine strong visual storytelling skills with a strategic mindset to lead the design and execution of creative assets across various digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets including websites, landing pages, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Develop engaging visual concepts for interactive consumer experiences and promotional initiatives.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and adapting global assets into impactful local executions.
• Own creative projects from concept development through final delivery while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to propose innovative solutions and improve consumer engagement.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both digital and print design.
• Experience working with AI-powered creative tools and a deep understanding of branding and typography.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1 level) and knowledge of print production processes.
