Senior Golang Developer

SQUARE ONE RESOURCES is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing backend solutions and supporting business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a team augmentation model, with significant potential for long-term collaboration and involvement in larger product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using the Go programming language.
• Analyze existing systems to identify and implement performance improvements.
• Design and deploy scalable, reliable services within a cloud-based environment.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and take ownership of high-quality technical deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Go Developer with a track record of delivering production-level projects.
• Solid technical proficiency in GCP, Terraform, MySQL, Redis, GraphQL, and Docker.
• Proven ability to work independently, make informed technical decisions, and manage distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with international clients.
• Strong business awareness and the ability to act as a technical advisor.
