Senior Global Study Manager, Central Lab Services

We are seeking a Senior Global Study Manager to join our Central Lab Services team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing complex, high-stakes clinical projects for our pharmaceutical and biotech partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, CROs, and internal Labcorp teams to ensure seamless study delivery.
• Provide comprehensive project management oversight, focusing on budget, risk, and milestone management.
• Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies while ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication across internal business units to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous process improvement and quality initiatives within the Central Lab Services group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including risk and stakeholder management.
• 2+ years of specific experience in Central Labs.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
