Senior GenAI Developer

Svitla Systems is seeking a Senior GenAI Developer to join a dedicated team for a European banking client. You will focus on building and maintaining innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance internal operations, customer experiences, and developer productivity within a secure, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-powered applications, agents, and copilots using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Design and maintain scalable full-stack applications utilizing Python, React, and Java/Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage solutions within the Azure cloud ecosystem, ensuring high standards of security and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and DevOps, to integrate new functionality into enterprise workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify and implement practical business solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-driven application development.
• Solid professional experience with Python and practical exposure to React.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and secure development practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, corporate environment.
