Senior Fullstack Java Developer

dotLinkers is currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Java Developer and Tech Lead to join a Polish technology company specializing in large-scale, business-critical systems for the financial and public sectors. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys working with complex enterprise architectures and is ready to take ownership of technical delivery while mentoring a talented engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Leading technical development within a software engineering team.
• Designing and reviewing application architecture and technical solutions.
• Hands-on development using Java and the Spring framework.
• Working with enterprise systems, databases, and complex integrations.
• Supporting developers with technical decisions, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
• Cooperating with analysts and business stakeholders to resolve technical risks.

Requirements

• Several years of commercial experience with Java and Spring.
• Proven experience in designing software architecture and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of Angular or similar modern frontend technologies.
• Ability to quickly understand and improve complex existing systems.
• Experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior technical specialist.
