Senior Fullstack Engineer (Android/Backend)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on Android and backend systems to join our world-class, globally distributed engineering team and contribute to our high-impact core products.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and maintain the systems powering Tabby’s core financial products.
• Develop high-quality, scalable features using Kotlin, Coroutines, and Jetpack Compose.
• Collaborate with a diverse, international team of engineers across multiple time zones.
• Implement robust architectural patterns, including MVI and multi-module structures.
• Drive technical excellence by advocating for best practices and efficient code design.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Kotlin and Coroutines.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM/MVI).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and dependency injection (Dagger/Yatagan).
• Ability to analyze and optimize performance, including a basic understanding of garbage collection.
• Strong English communication skills to effectively collaborate and pitch technical ideas.
