Senior Fullstack Developer (Typescript)

Square One Resources is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a distributed engineering team focused on building and improving production-grade software solutions for enterprise customers. You will work on scalable backend services and modern web applications, contributing to the development of reliable, high-performing systems while leveraging modern AI-assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate robust REST APIs and work with event-driven architectures.
• Contribute to technical decisions and software architecture improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code within a remote environment.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript across the full stack and solid experience with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
• Deep understanding of REST API design and distributed software systems.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong English communication skills and location within Poland or another EU country.
