Senior Fullstack Developer

B3 Consulting Poland is part of an international organization operating across 11 countries, offering full autonomy and a professional environment for IT experts. We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and contribute to diverse, high-impact projects while growing within a supportive, CARE-focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using React, C#, and .NET microservices.
• Build automated intelligent forms, dynamic UI workflows, and CMS-connected data pipelines for a greenfield project management module.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development cycle, including writing automated unit and integration tests, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the team utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to maintain code quality and accelerate delivery.
• Interact directly with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments to Kubernetes clusters in Azure.

Requirements

• Strong experience in React with the ability to take ownership of complex frontend tasks.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development, including practical knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with modern cloud deployment environments, specifically Docker and Kubernetes in Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD execution.
• Independent, self-starter mindset with fluent English language skills.
